ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new treatment for women who have difficulty getting pregnant due to a thin endometrium, which is the lining of the uterus. Specifically, the trial is comparing two groups: one group will receive a treatment called autologous platelet-rich plasma (a-PRP) through a procedure where it is placed in the uterus, while the other group will not receive any treatment before transferring frozen embryos. The goal is to see if this treatment can help improve the thickness of the endometrial lining, which is important for successful pregnancy.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be women over 18 years old who are Thai and have faced challenges with thin endometrium (less than 7 mm) that led to the cancellation of previous fertility treatment cycles. Those who have certain medical conditions or issues with the uterus will not be able to participate. Women who join this study can expect to undergo the treatment and will be closely monitored to see how their endometrial thickness changes before their frozen embryos are transferred. This trial aims to provide valuable information that could help improve fertility treatments for women with similar challenges.
