ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effects of a mouth rinse made from saffron on patients with periodontal disease who also have kidney issues. Periodontal disease causes inflammation and infection in the gums, which can lead to tooth loss if not treated. The trial aims to see if using this saffron mouth rinse can help reduce inflammation in the mouth and improve oral health.

To participate in this study, you need to be over 18 years old and diagnosed with periodontal disease. Unfortunately, people who smoke or drink alcohol, as well as those who are pregnant or have certain health challenges, cannot join. If you decide to participate, you will be part of a group that helps researchers understand how saffron might help lessen the inflammation caused by periodontal disease. This could be an important step towards better dental health for people with similar conditions.
