This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness and safety of a device called the Victo adjustable artificial sphincter, which is designed to help men who experience urinary incontinence after prostate surgery. Urinary incontinence means having trouble controlling when you urinate, which can be a common issue following prostate procedures. The goal of the study is to see if this device can improve the quality of life for men dealing with this problem.

To participate in the trial, men aged 65 to 74 who have urinary incontinence due to previous prostate surgery can apply. Participants will be the first to receive this device, and they will need to agree to give informed consent, meaning they understand what the study involves and agree to take part. This study is currently recruiting participants, and there are no major exclusion criteria, so if you meet the age and condition requirements, you might be eligible to join. Throughout the trial, participants will be closely monitored to assess how well the device works and ensure their safety.

  • primo-implantation of the artificial urinary sphincter
