ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how two different types of warm-up exercises—foam rolling and a technique called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching—affect muscle flexibility, strength, and pain levels in amateur athletes. The researchers want to find out if one method is better than the other for helping the hamstring muscle, which is important for sports and can impact overall movement and back health.
To participate in this study, you need to be an amateur athlete aged 18 to 30. However, if you have certain conditions like a recent hamstring injury, back pain, or specific orthopedic problems, you won't be eligible. If you join, you can expect to take part in exercises that will help researchers understand how these warm-up methods might improve your performance and reduce discomfort. This trial is currently looking for participants, so it’s a great opportunity to contribute to important research in sports rehabilitation.
