ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Supporting Lifestyle Changes After Delivery," is looking at how a special health support system, using technology like smartphones, can help women with obesity make healthier lifestyle choices after giving birth. The goal is to see if this support can help new mothers improve their eating habits and increase their physical activity, which can be important for their overall health.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be women who had a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher before their pregnancy and must use a smartphone. However, those with eating disorders, serious mental health issues, or who are using other support programs or medications for lifestyle changes will not be able to join. If you decide to participate, you can expect to receive guidance and support through your smartphone to help you make and stick to healthy changes in your life after having a baby. This study is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a great opportunity for those who meet the criteria!
