ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a condition called adenomyosis, which affects the uterus and can cause painful symptoms. The goal of the study is to find out how common adenomyosis is in young women aged 18 to 30 who have regular menstrual cycles and are seeking advice about contraception. Researchers will also explore what factors might increase the chances of being diagnosed with adenomyosis in this age group.

To be eligible for the trial, participants need to be women aged 18 to 30 who have regular periods. However, women who use hormonal birth control, those who are infertile, or those with other related health issues like endometriosis or ovarian cysts cannot participate. The trial is not currently recruiting participants, but if you qualify, you can expect to undergo some tests to help researchers better understand this condition and its impact on women's health.
