ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a mobile health app called the Qoyangnuptu Intervention App (QI App) to see how it can help improve mental health among young people in Southwestern Tribal communities. The main goal is to find out how to design a program that keeps youth engaged and positively affects their mental well-being while respecting their unique cultural backgrounds.
If you're between the ages of 14 and 25 and belong to a Southwestern Tribal community, you may be eligible to participate. As a participant, you will receive daily support from trained peer mentors through the app. You’ll have the chance to log your mood and stress levels, practice mindfulness activities like meditation and drawing, and even participate in cultural activities like running. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to create a supportive environment for young people to improve their mental health in a way that feels relevant and engaging to them.
