ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how an aerobic exercise program can help cancer survivors. The goal is to see if regular aerobic exercises, like walking or cycling, can improve the health and well-being of people who have recently finished cancer treatment. The study will include 15 participants and last for a total of 12 weeks, with some time before the exercise program starts for initial assessments.
To join the study, participants must be adults over 18 years old who have completed their cancer treatment within the past year and are able to exercise. However, those who cannot walk, have language barriers, or lack transportation to the study sessions won't be eligible. During the trial, participants can expect to engage in a structured exercise program and receive support in maintaining an active lifestyle. This pilot study is an important first step, and if successful, it may lead to more programs available to a wider range of cancer survivors in the future.
