ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial focuses on a nutrition education program designed for women during pregnancy and the early years of their child's life, known as the "first 1000 days." This period is crucial for the health of both mother and baby. The program aims to help pregnant women make healthier dietary choices and lifestyle changes, which can lower the risk of obesity and other health issues for their children as they grow.
To be eligible for this trial, women must be at least 18 years old and in their first trimester of pregnancy. They should also be able to understand and speak Italian, and be able to give consent and complete questionnaires.
