ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a digital health program designed to help prevent chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes, among employees in Thailand. The main goals are to see if this program can help participants lose weight and improve their overall health, including measures like blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. The trial will also look at how well the program works in a workplace setting by checking participation rates and how satisfied participants are with the program.

To participate, individuals need to meet certain health criteria, such as having a higher-than-normal Body Mass Index (BMI) or elevated blood sugar or cholesterol levels. Participants should be able to read and communicate in Thai, have access to a smartphone or computer, and agree to join the study. Over six months, participants will attend four group sessions focused on health education and will have access to a healthcare team for personal consultations during work hours. This trial aims to make healthier living more accessible for employees while assessing the effectiveness of digital health tools in preventing non-communicable diseases.
