ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new test called the SONDA visual field test to see if it works well for patients with a type of brain tumor known as a (supra)sellar tumor. These tumors can affect vision, causing issues like blind spots. The researchers want to find out if this test can accurately measure visual field loss in these patients.
To participate in the trial, you need to be diagnosed with a (supra)sellar tumor and have some visual field loss. You should also be able to provide written consent to join the study. However, if you have other neurological disorders or eye diseases not related to the tumor, you would not be eligible. The trial is not yet recruiting, so if you qualify, you can expect to be among the first to try this new testing method, which could help improve how visual problems related to these tumors are managed in the future.
