ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how web-based education can help people with asthma feel more empowered and better manage their condition. Asthma is a chronic disease that affects the airways, making it hard to breathe and causing symptoms like wheezing and coughing. The goal of the trial is to see if providing patients with online training can improve their understanding of asthma management and ultimately lead to better control of their symptoms.
To participate in this study, individuals must be between 18 and 65 years old, have a severe asthma diagnosis for at least a year, and have not received any previous training on asthma management. Participants will be divided into two groups: one will receive weekly online educational sessions for five weeks, while the other group will not receive any training. Everyone will fill out some questionnaires before and after the training to measure how well they understand their condition and how well they can control it. If you're interested in learning more about managing asthma through education, this study could be a great opportunity!
