ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at the effects of essential oils on stress, anxiety, and mood, as well as overall well-being. The researchers want to find out if using aromatherapy—breathing in scents from essential oils—can help improve mental health. Participants will receive either a bottle of essential oil or a bottle with no smell to use at home. They will be asked to fill out questionnaires about their feelings and mood before and after using the oils, with two sessions spaced a week apart.
To join the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and should not have allergies to essential oils or medical conditions that could affect their sense of smell. This trial is currently recruiting volunteers of all genders, and it’s a great opportunity for those looking to explore natural ways to enhance their mental well-being.
