ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how certain breath markers, known as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), can help identify patients experiencing acute chest pain due to heart problems. The researchers want to find out if measuring these VOCs can lead to quicker and better emergency care for people with acute coronary syndrome or acute aortic syndrome. They will compare VOC levels in patients with chest pain to those in healthy individuals to see if there are specific markers that can predict heart issues and their outcomes.
To participate, you need to be at least 18 years old and may qualify if you have acute chest pain or if you are healthy without any serious underlying conditions. Participants will provide breath samples, and the study aims to gather information that could improve emergency detection methods for heart-related problems. If you join, you'll be contributing to important research that could help many patients in the future!
