ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how mindfulness meditation can help healthcare workers, like doctors and nurses, who care for cancer patients. Many of these professionals experience high levels of stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout due to the emotional challenges of their work. The goal of this study is to see if practicing mindfulness meditation can improve their mental health and well-being.
To take part in this study, participants must be actively working in oncology clinics and have at least one year of experience in this field. They should not have any mental health issues that could prevent them from participating. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but once it begins, those who volunteer will be able to learn and practice mindfulness techniques to help manage their stress and improve their overall psychological well-being. This could be a valuable opportunity for those in the healthcare profession to find support and balance in their demanding roles.
