ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how two types of treatments, Swedish massage and percussion therapy, can affect muscle recovery and performance in healthy young adults. The study will measure things like muscle soreness, strength, and jump performance before and after participants engage in exercise and receive one of the therapies.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be healthy adults aged 18 to 30, with no recent injuries or medical conditions that might affect their muscles. They should also be physically active, as measured by a questionnaire. Participants will need to agree to follow the study rules and understand what is required of them. If you join, you can expect to participate in exercises and receive either a massage or percussion therapy to see how these treatments help with muscle recovery.
