ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, titled "Autonomic Involvement in Patient With Cognitive Decline," is studying how different forms of cognitive decline, such as Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, affect the body’s automatic functions, like heart rate and blood pressure. The researchers aim to learn more about these changes by using a special device to measure these functions in patients. This information may help improve understanding and treatment for individuals experiencing mild cognitive decline.

To participate in this study, individuals should be between 50 and 85 years old and must have mild cognitive decline related to dementia. It's important that they can stand upright and do not have certain health conditions, like diabetes or severe heart disease, that could affect their participation. Those who join the study can expect to undergo some tests and monitoring with the device to gather important data about their condition. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you or a loved one fits the criteria, you may want to consider getting involved.
