ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective a remote training program can be for clinicians who help people who use manual wheelchairs. The study will compare three different groups: one group will receive training with feedback from experts, another group will be a control that does not receive any special training, and the third group will learn on their own using online resources. The goal is to see which method helps clinicians improve their skills in teaching wheelchair users better.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be rehabilitation professionals who work with wheelchair users, have access to someone who can assist them during practice, and must be comfortable using the internet for video training. They also need to be able to speak English. If a clinician already feels very confident in their ability to teach wheelchair skills, they might not qualify for this study. Participants can expect to improve their skills and help their clients more effectively with the training they receive. This trial is currently recruiting participants aged 65 to 74, and it's open to all genders.
