ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how two techniques—Su-Jok therapy and progressive muscle relaxation exercises—can help women manage the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). PMS can cause various emotional and physical symptoms before a woman's period, and the goal of this research is to see if these methods can make it easier to cope with those symptoms.

To be eligible for this study, participants need to be women aged 18 to 45 who score over 104 points on a PMS scale, have regular menstrual cycles, and are not currently using any treatments for PMS. Participants should also be in good health, without chronic diseases or other conditions that could affect their PMS symptoms. If you join the trial, you can expect to learn these techniques and see how they help with your PMS. This study is currently looking for women to participate, so it could be a great opportunity for those who want to explore new ways to manage their symptoms.
