This clinical trial is focused on creating and testing a Turkish version of a tool called the Sense of Competence in Dementia Care Staff (SCIDS) Scale. The goal is to ensure that this scale works well in Turkey's social and cultural setting. This tool will help measure how competent and confident staff members feel in providing care for people with dementia in long-term care facilities.
To take part in this study, participants must have been working as dementia care staff for at least one year. The trial is not open for recruitment yet, but when it is, those interested can expect to help improve the quality of dementia care in Turkey by contributing to the validation of this important tool. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of gender, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria and are willing to volunteer.
