ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding acute obstructive pyelonephritis, a serious kidney infection that can lead to severe complications, sometimes requiring care in an intensive care unit (ICU). The researchers want to learn more about the factors that affect how well patients with this condition recover, as there has not been a large study like this before. By examining the experiences of patients in the ICU, they hope to identify signs that may indicate a poor recovery, which can help doctors provide better care in the future.
To participate in this trial, you must be at least 18 years old and currently hospitalized in an ICU for acute obstructive pyelonephritis. Unfortunately, pregnant individuals and those who do not wish to have their information used in the study cannot participate. If you join, you will help researchers gather important information that could improve treatment for future patients. Your involvement could make a difference in understanding this condition better and finding ways to enhance patient outcomes.
