ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how feelings of self-compassion, levels of depression, and overall quality of life are connected for primary caregivers of people with dementia. The researchers want to understand how caregivers are doing in these areas, see if there are any differences based on their backgrounds, and find out how these factors influence one another.
If you’re a primary caregiver for someone with dementia and spend at least 8 hours a day providing care, you might be eligible to participate. This study involves completing a questionnaire about your experiences and feelings. It’s important to note that this study is not looking for paid caregivers, such as those hired from agencies. By taking part, you can help shed light on the challenges caregivers face and contribute to finding ways to improve their well-being.
