ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how different types of exercise training can help people with mental health conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Specifically, the study will compare two types of high-intensity exercise: one that lasts longer and is more intense, and a shorter version that is still high-intensity. The goal is to find out which type of exercise is more effective in helping people feel better over a longer period of time.
If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder and is between the ages of 18 and 65, you might be eligible to participate in this study. To join, you need to be able to give your consent and not have any serious medical conditions that would make exercise unsafe. Participants can expect to engage in exercise sessions and will be monitored throughout the trial. This research is currently recruiting, and it offers a chance to contribute to understanding how exercise can support mental health.
