This clinical trial is studying a program called iTHRIVE 365, which is designed to help Black same-gender loving men living with HIV. The goal of this program is to improve health and well-being by offering education about HIV and mental health, creating social connections through online support groups, and providing access to healthcare services that respect their identities. To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old, identify as Black or African American men, and be living with HIV while taking daily medication for their treatment. They should also have a device that connects to the internet and live in the Atlanta area. Participants can expect to engage in supportive activities and receive resources that can help improve their health and quality of life. This study is currently not recruiting participants, but it represents an important effort to address the unique challenges faced by this community.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • 1. Identify as Black or African American, regardless of ethnicity
- • 2. Identify as male, regardless of sex assigned at birth
- • 3. Are living with HIV and prescribed a daily ART regimen
- • 4. Are age ≥ 18;
- • 5. Have sex with men
- • 6. Own an internet-connected device (e.g., smartphone, tablet)
- • 7. Reside in the Atlanta-area EHE jurisdictions.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • 1. Lack of English fluency
- • 2. Past participation in the pilot.
