ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a special tool can help doctors decide how intensive their diagnostic tests and treatments should be for hospitalized patients with acute diseases. The main question the trial is trying to answer is whether using this tool can help reduce the number of patients who die while in the hospital. To find out, doctors will be divided into four groups, and each group will start using the tool at different times over the course of the study.
To be eligible for this trial, doctors must work in a non-surgical area of medicine and regularly care for hospitalized patients. However, doctors working in cancer care or those who choose not to participate will not be included. This study is currently not yet recruiting participants, but once it begins, doctors can expect to integrate this tool into their daily practice and contribute to important research that could improve patient care in hospitals.
