ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a device called AeviceMD, which is a wearable monitor designed to help manage asthma in children. The goal is to see if using this device can improve how well kids with asthma control their symptoms at home. It collects important health data that doctors can use to adjust treatments and provide better care without needing to see the patients in person. The device can also be used during online doctor visits to listen to the lungs.

To participate in this study, children aged 3 to 18 who have poorly controlled asthma may be eligible, as long as their caregivers can use a mobile app and have access to high-speed internet at home. Participants will need to agree to follow the study's guidelines and use the device as instructed. However, children with certain allergies or skin conditions, as well as those diagnosed with sleep apnea, cannot take part. This trial is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to help improve asthma management for kids in the future.
