ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a special type of imaging called 99mTc-FAPI to better understand heart diseases, especially those related to heart tissue damage or fibrosis. Researchers want to see how well this imaging technique works in patients with various heart conditions, like myocarditis (inflammation of the heart), pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), and heart attacks. The study aims to identify how useful this imaging can be in spotting heart problems and understanding the underlying causes of these conditions.
To participate in this study, you need to have a clinical diagnosis or a suspicion of heart injury, and you should be able to undergo a specific type of imaging scan known as PET/CT. Unfortunately, pregnant women and those with severe claustrophobia cannot participate. If you join, you will undergo the 99mTc-FAPI imaging, and your heart condition will be carefully recorded to help researchers gather important information about heart health and disease. This study is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into heart-related issues in the future.
