ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how certain exercises and awareness techniques can help Egyptian physiotherapists who experience mechanical low back pain. Specifically, the study will focus on bio-mechanical awareness, which means being more aware of how our bodies move, and core stability exercises, which help strengthen the muscles that support the back. The goal is to see if these methods can reduce pain and improve the quality of life for those affected.
To participate in this trial, candidates must be Egyptian physiotherapists aged between 25 and 40 who have been working for at least two years and have been experiencing non-specific low back pain. Unfortunately, those who have had certain serious back issues or surgeries, or who are still students, will not be eligible. Participants can expect to engage in specific exercises and activities designed to improve their back health, contributing to valuable research that may benefit others in the future.
