ClinConnect Summary
The TIME-ZZZ clinical trial is studying how our sleep patterns, known as chronotypes, relate to depression and biological aging. Essentially, the researchers want to find out if people who are not sleeping in sync with their natural body clocks might be more likely to feel depressed and show signs of aging faster. This research is important because understanding these connections could help improve health and well-being.
To participate in this study, you should be between the ages of 65 and 74 or 29 and 219, and you must have taken a specific INDEX test within the last three months. Additionally, you need to have registered for at least one INDEX kit through the Elysium Health website and be willing to give your consent for participation. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but if you qualify, you can expect to provide some information and possibly take part in assessments related to your sleep and emotional health. Your involvement could contribute to valuable insights into how our sleep habits impact our overall health as we age.
