ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Perceived Coping, Meaning, and Joy at Work," is exploring how certain characteristics of employees, particularly nurses, relate to experiences of rudeness or uncivil behavior among coworkers. The study aims to understand how these experiences might affect the meaning and joy they find in their work, as well as their overall job satisfaction.
To participate in this study, you need to be a registered nurse or nursing para-professional working full-time, part-time, or per-diem, and you must provide direct patient care for more than half of your working hours. If you are interested, you should be able to read and understand English. However, if you are in a management or educational role, or if you do not provide direct patient care, you won't be eligible to join. Participants can expect to share their experiences in a supportive environment, helping to shed light on important workplace dynamics that affect their daily lives at work.
