ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at the effects of a new supplement designed to improve sperm quality in men who have been found to have poor sperm quality. Over the course of three months, fifty men will take the supplement, and researchers will then analyze their semen to see if there are improvements in sperm health, as well as how aging and energy production in sperm cells are affected. They will also check for any changes in sexual function and symptoms related to aging.
To participate in this study, men need to be between the ages of 18 and 50 and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30. They should not meet the criteria for normal sperm quality according to the WHO guidelines. However, men with certain conditions, such as an absence of sperm, certain genetic disorders, or those who have been undergoing hormone treatments or taking specific supplements recently, are not eligible. If you qualify and choose to join, you can expect to take the supplement for three months and then undergo tests to evaluate the effects on your sperm quality and overall health.
