ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding a type of serious injury known as "floating hip injuries," which involve fractures in the hip area. The goal is to study how these injuries happen and how they are currently treated at Assiut University Hospitals. By gathering this information, researchers hope to find better ways to plan and provide treatment for patients who experience these complex injuries.
To participate in the study, individuals need to be adults between the ages of 18 and 60 who have specific types of fractures in their hip and pelvis. Unfortunately, younger patients under 18, older adults over 60, and those with certain types of fractures that are not due to accidents are not eligible. If someone meets the criteria and decides to join, they can expect to be part of a research effort aimed at improving care for patients with challenging hip injuries. Right now, the trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to gather important information that could help many people in the future.
