ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special technique called motivational interviewing can help new mothers who feel they are not producing enough breast milk. The study aims to see if this approach can improve their feelings about breastfeeding, boost their motivation to continue breastfeeding, and affect their stress hormone levels, specifically cortisol.
To participate, mothers need to be at least 18 years old, breastfeeding exclusively, and must feel they do not produce enough milk. They should have given birth to a healthy baby weighing at least 2500 grams and delivered vaginally. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and those who join can expect supportive conversations aimed at helping them feel more confident and motivated in their breastfeeding journey. It's important to note that only Turkish-speaking mothers who agree to take part in the study will be included.
