ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is designed to find out the best ways to help people who struggle with binge eating and obesity using a mobile app. Researchers want to learn which specific features of the app are the most effective for different individuals and in what order they should be presented. By optimizing this "Just-in-Time Adaptive Intervention," the goal is to help participants better manage their eating habits and weight.

To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher (which means you are considered obese), and experience binge eating at least 12 times in the past three months. You should also be interested in losing weight and willing to use a smartphone app. Participants will be asked to interact with the app regularly, which will help tailor support to their needs. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it’s important to note that you should not be pregnant and must speak English. If you're looking for a way to address binge eating and weight concerns, this trial could be an opportunity to receive personalized support through technology.
