ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well an online tool for Advance Care Planning works for patients with cancer, specifically those treated within the Cancer Network Concord. Advance Care Planning involves thinking about and discussing your healthcare preferences in advance, especially in case you become unable to communicate your wishes later. The goal of the study is to see how this online tool can be integrated into the everyday care of patients, ensuring that their wishes and preferences are considered early in their treatment.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a cancer patient receiving treatment from a hospital in the CONCORD network and be between the ages of 65 to 74. Participants will use the online tool and share their experiences, helping to improve how care planning is done for future patients. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it’s a valuable opportunity to contribute to better healthcare for those facing similar challenges.
