ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying pain in people with RASopathies, a group of genetic conditions that include Costello Syndrome, Cardio-Facio-Cutaneous Syndrome, and Noonan Syndrome. Researchers want to understand how common pain is for individuals with these conditions and how it affects their daily lives. Pain is often overlooked in these syndromes, but many people report experiencing it.

To participate in this trial, individuals must have a confirmed diagnosis of a RASopathy, either through a doctor’s assessment or genetic testing. The trial is open to all ages and genders. Participants will likely be asked questions about their pain experiences, which will help researchers gather important information. This study aims to highlight the role of pain in the lives of those with RASopathies and improve support for patients and their families.
