ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating the effects of two different osteopathic techniques on the flexibility of the hamstring muscles in female basketball players. Researchers want to see if combining these techniques can improve stretching better than using just one technique alone. The study will involve healthy women who are over 18 years old and actively play basketball at a competitive level.
If you are a female basketball player in good health and meet the age requirement, you might be eligible to participate. However, individuals with certain medical conditions, past surgeries in related areas, or those on specific medications won't be able to join. Participants in this trial will receive either the combined treatment or just one of the techniques and will help researchers understand which method is more effective for improving muscle flexibility. It's a great opportunity to contribute to sports health research while potentially benefiting your own performance!
