ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding how different oral nutrition supplements affect blood sugar levels. Researchers want to measure the glycemic index of nine different complete nutrition formulas. The glycemic index is a way to see how quickly foods can raise your blood sugar after you eat them. This information can help people, especially those with diabetes, make better food choices to manage their blood sugar levels effectively.
To participate in the trial, you need to be a healthy adult aged 18 to 65, without any known food allergies or conditions that can affect how your body processes sugar. Unfortunately, individuals with diabetes or those taking certain medications for diabetes won’t be eligible. If you join, you'll be asked to consume these nutrition supplements and provide feedback about how they affect your blood sugar. This study could help improve nutrition options for people who need to keep their blood sugar stable.
