ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new technique called right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) posterior septum pacing to better understand where certain heart rhythm problems, known as ventricular arrhythmias, are coming from. The researchers believe this method will be more accurate than traditional methods, helping doctors to find the right treatment more effectively. The trial will include 200 participants in total, divided into two groups: one will undergo the new pacing method, while the other will follow the usual approach.
To join the study, participants must be over 18 years old, able to provide informed consent, and willing to follow up with the researchers after the procedure. They should not have serious heart or organ issues, recent heart attacks or strokes, or other major health problems. Those who take part will have their procedure times, success rates, and any complications monitored closely over the next few months. This trial aims to improve treatment options for patients with these heart conditions.
