ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how machine learning can help predict whether acupuncture will be effective for people suffering from tinnitus, a condition that causes ringing or buzzing in the ears. Researchers will analyze brain imaging data from participants to create a model that could better understand how acupuncture might help those with this condition.

To be part of this study, participants must be between 18 and 60 years old, have chronic tinnitus in both ears, and be right-handed. They should not be involved in other clinical trials or have any serious health issues that could affect the results. Participants can expect to undergo some brain imaging tests and acupuncture treatments as part of the study. If you or someone you know is interested and meets the eligibility criteria, this could be an opportunity to help advance research in treating tinnitus.
