ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new technology called the Remedy Robot, which is designed to assist doctors in performing procedures on patients with cerebrovascular diseases—conditions affecting the blood vessels in the brain. The goal of this study is to see how safe and effective this robotic system is when used both on-site in the hospital and remotely, meaning doctors can operate it from a distance.
To participate in the trial, patients must be at least 18 years old and considered suitable for the procedures being tested. It’s important that they or their legal guardian understand the study and agree to take part by signing a consent form. However, some individuals cannot participate, such as those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain blood vessel conditions, or are taking specific blood-thinning medications. If someone joins the trial, they can expect to be closely monitored for their safety during the procedures involving the Remedy Robot. This study is not yet recruiting participants, so it’s still in the planning stages.
