ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring whether spending time in nature while contemplating can improve spiritual well-being in adults. Over two weeks, participants will take part in a nature intervention where they will walk for 10 minutes, sit quietly for another 10 minutes to observe the beauty around them, and then walk back. In this study, researchers want to see if this practice helps people feel more connected and spiritually fulfilled. They will compare results from those doing the nature contemplation to others who will simply walk in nature for 30 minutes or those who will wait without any activity.
To be eligible for the trial, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have access to a natural space where they can walk and sit, like a park or forest. They should also be able to walk for half an hour and have a computer or tablet with internet access to participate. The trial is not yet recruiting, but once it starts, participants can expect to engage in nature walks and reflect on their experiences to see if it enhances their sense of spiritual well-being.
