ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a digital health program called AYA STEPS, which aims to help young people aged 15 to 39 who have survived certain types of cancer, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, sarcoma, lymphoma, and testicular cancer. The goal of the program is to assist these survivors in managing any ongoing symptoms they may experience and to encourage them to participate in important follow-up care after their treatment has ended.
To be eligible for this study, participants must have been diagnosed with one of the specified cancers, treated with the intention to cure, and have been off treatment for at least three months. They should also be between 1 to 5 years post-diagnosis and able to understand and read English. Participants can expect to engage with the AYA STEPS program and share their experiences, which can help improve support for future cancer survivors. It's important to note that individuals with significant cognitive impairment or severe untreated mental health issues may not be eligible for the study.
