ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how plyometric exercises, which are activities that involve explosive movements like jumping, can improve physical fitness in freestyle adolescent wrestlers. The researchers want to see if these exercises help young wrestlers become more powerful and fit, which could benefit their performance in the sport.
To participate in this study, wrestlers need to be between 10 and 15 years old and have been practicing freestyle wrestling for at least three years. They should not be involved in any other sports, and it’s important that they have not had any medical treatment in the last three months. Participants will be expected to volunteer for the study and cooperate with the research process. However, individuals with injuries, chronic pain, or certain medical conditions will not be eligible to join. This study is currently looking for participants, and it offers a great opportunity for young wrestlers to enhance their skills while contributing to valuable sports research.
