ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a new design for a holder that supports central venous catheters placed in the jugular vein. These catheters are used for various medical treatments, and the study aims to see how well the holder works and how easy it is to use. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but when it begins, it will involve healthy adults aged 18 and older who have never had a central jugular vein catheter before.

To join the study, participants need to be able to read and understand the instructions, agree to take part in the research willingly, and be capable of handling their daily activities independently. Individuals with any previous experience of a jugular vein catheter, certain neck limitations, or who have voluntarily left work are not eligible. Those who participate can expect to help researchers learn more about this device, potentially improving patient care in the future.
