ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new program designed to help women who are experiencing intimate partner violence (IPV) by promoting hope and improving their emotional wellbeing. The study is focused on creating a simple, self-guided intervention that can be completed in one session. Researchers want to see if this program is easy to use, if participants like it, and if it helps increase feelings of hope, self-worth, and empowerment. The trial is currently looking for women aged 18 and older who have been in a relationship for at least three months and have experienced physical violence from a male partner.
Participants who join the study can expect to use a smartphone app to complete daily surveys about their feelings and experiences. It’s important to note that to be eligible, participants need to have a compatible smartphone, but they should not have experienced serious mental health issues recently or have a legal guardian. This trial aims to provide support and resources for women facing difficult situations, and your involvement could help shape future interventions for those in similar circumstances.
