ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand which healthcare professional patients with cancer prefer to talk to about advance care planning. Advance care planning is a process where patients think about and discuss their future healthcare preferences, especially regarding end-of-life care. The study is aimed at French-speaking adults aged 65 and older who are currently being treated for cancer, are in a palliative phase (focusing on comfort), are under surveillance, or are in remission.
If you decide to participate, you will fill out a simple questionnaire, either online or on paper, where you can share your preferences about who you'd like to speak with regarding these important decisions. The study is currently recruiting participants, and your input will help improve how healthcare professionals communicate and support patients during challenging times. Your voice matters in shaping future conversations around care planning!
