ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new treatment approach for people who suffer from chronic neck pain that isn’t linked to any specific cause. The focus of the study is on a technique that targets the diaphragm, a muscle that helps with breathing, and includes methods like stretching and neuromuscular training. Researchers want to see if these techniques can help relieve neck pain that has been ongoing for at least three months.

To be eligible for the trial, participants should be between 65 and 74 years old, have a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 29.9, and should have experienced neck pain without a known cause for at least three months. However, those who have had neck surgery, certain specific neck issues, or other serious health conditions will not be able to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to follow the intervention plan designed to improve your neck pain, and you will be monitored throughout the process. This study is currently not recruiting participants, so keep an eye out for updates if you think you might be interested.
