This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of Mindhelper.dk, a digital mental health service designed to support young people aged 15 to 25. The service provides helpful information, self-help tools, and guidance to improve mental well-being. Participants will be recruited through social media and randomly assigned to either receive information about Mindhelper.dk or not receive any information at all. The trial will measure changes in well-being, psychological functioning, and body appreciation at different times over a 12-week period.
If you or someone you know is between 15 and 25 years old and interested in improving mental health, they may be eligible to participate. Those in the intervention group will have access to Mindhelper.dk and may also take part in interviews to share their experiences. The trial is currently looking for participants and aims to understand how effective this online service can be in helping young people feel better about themselves and seek help when needed.
