ClinConnect Summary
The Obesity Queue Database trial is focused on understanding obesity better by creating a special database that collects information about people with this condition. This research aims to help improve the quality of future studies related to obesity and its treatment. The trial is currently recruiting participants who are between the ages of 18 and 75 and have simple obesity, which is determined by factors like body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, or waist-to-hip ratio.
If you or someone you know is interested in participating, you may qualify if your BMI is 25 or higher, or if your waist measurements exceed 90 cm for men or 80 cm for women. Participants will be contributing valuable information that can support better research on obesity. It's a great opportunity to be part of a study that could lead to improved treatment options for many people facing this health challenge.
